This website (the “website”) is the official congress website for the INS-IM 2022- Interim meeting of the International Neuromodulation Society (INS). www.ins-im2020.com is owned and operated by the International Neuromodulation Society Interim Meeting 2022 (INSIM2022). We are not directly associated with any service or web provider other than the companies mentioned within the web pages of this website. The use of this website is governed by the following terms and conditions, as amended by us from time to time (the “Terms and Conditions”).

Making a Purchase

In order to purchase conference registration services through our Website, you must provide us with certain Personal Information such as your name, credit card number and expiration date, credit card billing address, telephone number, e – mail address and the name or names of the accompanying person(s). We may also ask you for other Personal Information, such as your sex, dietary preference, membership number etc. We require this information to process, fulfill and confirm your transactions and keep you informed of each transaction’s status.

With whom your Personal Information is shared?

All your personal information (apart from any credit card related information) will be passed on to the conference secretariat alone. This will help keep track of your registration and further processes such as certificates etc.

We do not sell or rent individual customer names or other Personal Information to third parties for a fee. Only parties involved with the conference will have access to this information

Cancellation Policy

Any individual can participate in the conference upon completing the registration form and paying the required fees.

INS-IM 2022, INS, INSIM2022 and TNS reserves the rights of selection or rejection of the application submitted, Participants who have paid the fees will be notified within 7 working days of applying, in case of rejection of application INS-IM 2022 will intimate by email / phone and refund will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of rejection. Refunds will be issued directly by INSIM2022 by Cheque.

In case event / conference is cancelled or postponed, should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of the revised dates & if you are unable to attend the event / conference then the amount will be refunded back to you.

If you have accidently paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days

Viruses

We do not warrant that any data (including any file) obtained through this website is free from computer viruses or other faults or defects. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use appropriate virus scanning software. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused (whether negligently or otherwise) by any virus transmitted through this website.

Disclaimer and Indemnity

Any disputes will be settled by courts in Mumbai.
